Privacy Notice

Central is operated by Amta Systems and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This notice explains what personal information we hold inside Central about staff, contractors, vendors, and customers.
1. What we hold
- Staff records: employment, attendance, payroll (where applicable).
- Partner records: vendor and customer names, contact details, tax identifiers.
- Transactions: bills, payments, invoices, receipts, supporting attachments.
- System data: login times, IP, audit trail of key actions.
2. Why
To run the business: bookkeeping, payroll, vendor management, tax compliance.
3. Who sees it
- The Central staff users authorized for each module.
- Our hosting provider, under confidentiality.
- Government authorities, only when legally compelled (e.g. BIR audit).
4. Retention
Accounting records are retained for the legal minimum under Philippine tax and corporate law (currently 10 years for accounting books). Staff records are kept for the duration of employment plus statutory periods.
5. Your rights
If you are a staff member, vendor, or customer represented in Central, you have the rights granted by the DPA: to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your last selected entity and
date range on list screens. Cookie names start with central_. We do not use
tracking or advertising cookies.
